COURSE OPENS FRIDAY
I wasn't sure the weather would cooperate, but right on cue, the course opens for play Friday, April 1. The practice range is open as well — so, a few runs on RED Mountain this morning, then clear out the ski locker, and after lunch, head out to the range to hit a few balls.
RETIREES SIGN UP SHEET
I will be at the course Thursday morning for a couple of hours (9 - 11 am) and will post the sign up sheet for April 7 — our first round for the 2022 season. Look for the sheet on the Retirees Bulletin Board — it goes up Thursday morning, down Saturday afternoon/Sunday morning, and after that time you sign up in the Pro Shop.
You can register and pay your Retirees fee ($20) in person on Thursdays or do the whole operation online using the link above.
APRIL IS RETIREES MASTERS MONTH (April tee times start at 9:30)
April 7 is round 1 of 3 for our Masters Tournament. All Retirees Club members are eligible to play, there are no entry fees, your NET score is calculated using your COURSE HANDICAP, and your best 2 rounds are used.
The winner gets to wear the coveted GREEN JACKET (thank you Harvey Handley for donating it) — defending Champion is Richard Dewdney.
OPENING SCRAMBLE
April 21, 10AM Shotgun start — watch for more sign up information once we get more information regarding the BISTRO opening.
USING INTERACT eTransfer
If you are going to pay your fees ONLINE, please remember that you must do that using your bank's online banking website. You will need to add the Retirees Club as a Payee and will need to enter our email address (see below).
If it asks you to provide a Secret Question and answer, you must make up and question and answer — it is only needed if WE NEED TO SEND YOU MONEY (not likely to happen).
The Retirees account will automatically accept and deposit the money AND will email you to tell you. If you didn't get that confirmation email, then it hasn't been paid.
P.S. paying in person in cash is fine too.
