2023 INVITATIONAL A BIG HIT

 BIRCHBANK RETIREES INVITATIONAL RETURNS

After a 3 year hiatus, the Birchbank Retirees Club hosted their annual Invitational Tournament on May 25. Eighty-six players from retirees clubs in Castlegar, Christina Lake and the host club teed off in a shotgun start at 9am.
Great course conditions, good weather, followed by great food helped everyone forget the bad shots and focus on their one memorable shot of the day.

The Invitational is a two part event — mixed teams of players from each club and the International Challenge Trophy inter-club competition.

JUNE IS CANADIAN OPEN MONTH

Last year, Tom Gawryletz used a great first round and a solid second round to win the 2022 Canadian-US Open Month event, but can he repeat? There are a lot of solid players in this year's field trying to win the trophy.
