April 28 will be the last day we will use the 'April Course Handicaps' listed on the Retirees Bulletin Board so make sure you use the correct one on your scorecard.

For your 'May Course Handicap' we will use your Handicap as of May 3 or 4, so look it up before you play on May 5 — I cannot do it for you!

Don't forget that tomorrow is your last chance to get the minimum 2 rounds in for the chance to become this year's Retirees Masters Champion. (no you can't just play 36 tomorrow)

So if you missed one of the rounds this month, you still have a chance to wear the Green Jacket!

Twelve teams met April 21 for the Retirees Club Opening Scramble and bravely played on as the forecasted showers turned into steady rain. The Course Superintendent and crew have done a great job of getting the course into prime condition this early in the season.

Masters Month Results So Far - Corrected

 Round 2 started in bone chilling weather but did warm up to cold nose and frozen ear weather as the morning wore on. With 2 rounds completed, Jim Campbell leads the race to the Green Jacket with only one more round on April 28 to go.  Last year's winner Rich Dewdney, Jim Mohs, and Don Szilagyi are all in striking distance.

Several low handicap players are hoping for a good 3rd round to help their chances. All players get to use their lowest 2 NET scores when determining the champion for 2022.
